Innovate Quicker helps small businesses and growing teams create a practical AI foundation for the workplace — clear usage guidelines, better document organization, useful workflows, team training, and a path toward private/internal AI tools when the business is ready.
This is hands-on AI coaching for real teams, real documents, real workflows, and the way your business actually runs.

If your team is using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other tools on their own, you may already have AI inside the business — just without guidance, consistency, or accountability.
AI becomes more useful when your policies, FAQs, procedures, sales materials, customer notes, and internal knowledge are organized in a way your team can actually use.
Not everything belongs in public AI tools. We help your team understand what is safe to use, what needs guardrails, and when a private/internal AI workspace may make sense.
Who this is for
This is designed for companies with small but busy teams — usually 2 to 50 employees — who want to use AI more effectively without creating confusion, security concerns, or tool overload.
Best for owners and small teams that need a practical AI starting point, simple usage rules, and a few high-value workflows.
Best for growing teams that need shared guidelines, better document organization, role-specific training, and repeatable AI workflows.
Best for companies with multiple departments, scattered tools, internal documents, and a need for a more structured AI adoption plan.
1:1 Coaching
One-on-One AI Readiness Coaching is for individuals who want focused, practical help applying AI to their work. We start with a three-hour minimum so there is enough time to understand your goals, review your current tools and workflows, identify useful AI opportunities, and leave with clear next steps.
Book a focused 3-hour session, or save with a deeper coaching block.
Additional time after the first 3 hours is $250/hour. Larger advisory needs or ongoing support can be quoted separately.
Available virtually or in person in the DC Metro area. Travel outside the DC Metro area is quoted separately and approved before booking.
Workshop options
Two practical ways to help your team move from scattered AI use to clearer systems, safer workflows, and useful implementation.
A one-day working session for teams that need clarity before they start using AI across the business.
A practical working session to understand how your team is using AI today, where the risks and opportunities are, and which workflows should be improved first.
The team leaves with clarity on where AI fits, what risks to avoid, and which workflows should be improved first.
Larger groups quoted separately.
A two-day done-with-you engagement for teams that want to move from AI interest into practical implementation.
A deeper engagement that combines team training, workflow discovery, internal document planning, AI tool recommendations, and a practical implementation roadmap.
The team leaves with AI guidelines, workflow maps, tool decisions, internal knowledge planning, and a 30-day implementation roadmap.
Larger teams, multi-location teams, or ongoing support are quoted separately.
Delivery: Both packages are available virtually or in person in the DC Metro area. For sessions outside the DC Metro area, travel expenses are quoted separately and approved before booking. Virtual delivery includes the same strategy, facilitation, preparation, assessment review, guidance, and deliverables.
The goal is to give your team a clear, safe, and repeatable way to use AI at work — without turning everyone into a technologist.
Start with a practical workshop built around your people, tools, documents, and workflows.
